G2 Design, LLC is a young, energetic architecture firm with a focus on sustainable architecture. We bring a collaboration of people and their talents to all projects. All projects take into consideration location, orientation, sustainability, surrounding structures, aesthetics, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, accessibility, green space and environmental impact. We believe in being at the forefront of technology so we are constantly moving to the next form of Computer Aided Design (CAD). Currently, we implement all project utilizing Autodesk REVIT 2018, a 3D modeling software that lets clients move around their projects in real time.
Everyone at G2 Design coordinates both creative and technical aspects of the planning and the building program. Our services focus on the following key areas:
Sustainable building design
Leadership of the coordinated design team
We work closely with each and every Client to attain the highest level of design while complying with all of the strict building and local municipality zoning requirements. Every project consists of unique characteristics such as the building orientation to the surrounding context, proximity to highly desired service industries in the proximity, and other complex elements in relation to buildings and site(s) which we as your architectural team join in a harmonious plan and site design.
As natives to the area, we offer a unique knowledge of our local community and its history. We are very familiar with and work in harmony with building officials, fire marshals and other permitting authorities to ensure projects flow through the permitting process smoothly. These established relationships within our local communities are key elements in the development of any successful project.
Our qualifications and our ability to provide the above services are based on knowledge and experience developed in providing master planning and building design over the past 20+ years, through work at G2 Design and previous experience gained through work at other architecture and engineering firms in the Tampa Bay Region.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, local zoning requirements, life-safety codes, and ADA regulations, which are a key element in providing a cohesive and usable facility for people of all ages and abilities. A successful project must also include serious recognition of cost and design impacts generated by life safety codes in all occupancy types. Our services include a recognized fire/life safety and code compliance consultant as an integral part of our practice.
