This new custom coastal style residence located in St. Pete Beach Florida is one of the latest designs on our drawing boards. The clients were looking to create a coastal architectural style that fits within the surrounding community while inserting their own modern elements. The primary approach leads to a main entry lobby at grade level which allows view of the pool and water at the back of the residence. The primary living level consists of a large custom kitchen, dining, living and entertainment areas, all focusing on the tremendous view of the water. The third level primarily consists of the master suite with two additional guest rooms.
