Crescent Lake Neighborhood

G2 Design has been engaged to design a new in the Crescent Lake Neighborhood. The clients came to us with a specific Architectural Aesthetic in mind as well as very detailed space requirements, including a large open living/kitchen space, a guest suite with separate entrance and a large garage.  Due to the nature of the sloping site, traversing from the front of the Residence to the new garage entrance we had to overcome approximately 4′ in elevation change.  A large master suite is located on the second floor, which includes a large master closet and a balcony overlooking a courtyard with a custom pool below.

These preliminary renderings gave the client a feel for the aesthetics of their dream home.
