The Mahaffey Theater, located in the heart of St. Petersburg Florida required a new entry feature after the old Bayfront Arena was demolished. Many years of water intrusion and many prior construction defects were remedied and the new South and East Atrium now allow for a full view of the water and the New Dali Museum adjacent to the Theater.

Major expansion of a 2,000 seat theater for The Performing Arts. New lobbies, gathering areas, and site master plan. Building opened April 2006. Mr. Glinsboeckel acted as Project Architect and Project manager, overseeing the construction document phase as well as all on-site construction administration throughout the construction.
