Design of new contemporary residence utilizing Split Faced and Smooth Faced CMU. Residence provides for energy savings through use of additional insulation in ceilings as well as hurricane protection due to the structural steel frame, precast concrete floors and two-story CMU construction methods. Mr. Glinsboeckel acted as Project Architect and Project manager, overseeing all phases of design and construction.
